Expedited production for last minute gift giving

We know that many times when giving a gift you don't have time to wait for 2-3 weeks.
To improve our customer service, we will now be offering a few production options for quicker turn around:
Normal Production: UP to 10 working days after image approved (no extra charge)
Fast Production: Up to 5 working days after image approved (additional $10)
Urgent Production:Up to 2 working days after image approved (additional $25)

About Image approval:
Our design team will review the image you have sent within 1 working day. Once the image is approved we will immediately start working on your part. If the image is problematic we will notify you via email with full details of our concerns. Please make sure our email support@lightaffection.com is in your favorites or contact list to avoid the email going into the spam folder. Read more about image quality image

Why the extra fees?
The process of carving the pieces and creating the lights is time consuming. In order to be able to offer expediting of the orders, our stuff will need to work overtime. We want to make sure we give you the best product we can. Even when expediting we aren't going to "cut corners"!

What about shipping?
As you know, shipping time isn't included in the production turn around.
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. To make it easier to figure out, you can visit our delivery time module.

Carved piece in the frame

We have been asked about this issue before so I thought I should write something about it.
When placing the carved piece into the frame, as is with a regular photo print, the frame does cover the edges of the photo/carved piece. Our designers are aware of it and when they crop the images to fit into the frame they take this into consideration and do their best to make sure the image looks good even when covered around the edges.
In our linear frames the area covered is approximately 1/4" all around.
